Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or protein drink)
  • Rainbow sprinkles for topping


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Serve immediately for soft-serve or transfer to a lined loaf pan and freeze for firmer ice cream.
  4. Once frozen, scoop into bowls, add rainbow sprinkles, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of almond milk for desired thickness.
  • If the ice cream freezes solid, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
