Course Dessert
Servings 24

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Domino® granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Domino® light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Domino® powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  • Let’s get started! In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth.
  • Now, using a spatula, gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in a few batches until a thick, fudgy dough forms. Cover it up and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line your baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Give each ball a good roll in Domino® Powdered Sugar.
  • Place the sugary-coated cookies on the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Pop them in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your delicious homemade Chocolate Crinkle Cookies!
