**Step 1:**
- – Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- – Prep the soufflé ramekins by coating the sides and bottom with butter, then sprinkle with sugar to prevent sticking.
**Step 2:**
- – Separate the egg yolks and whites into two bowls.
- – In the bowl with egg yolks, add 2 tsp sugar, flour, salt, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Mix well and set aside.
- – In the bowl with egg whites, use a standing mixer or a hand whisk to beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
- – Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- – Pour the batter into the ramekins, filling them to the top.
**Step 3:**
- – Bake for 12 minutes, or until the soufflés have risen and are golden brown.
- – Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy your light and fluffy soufflés!
