- Separate the egg yolks and whites into two bowls.
- In the bowl with egg yolks, add 2 tsp sugar, flour, salt, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Mix well and set aside.
- In the bowl with egg whites, use a standing mixer or a hand whisk to beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- Pour the batter into the ramekins, filling them to the top.
