- ½ cup Frank’s hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 4 tablespoons cold salted butter grated
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the ranch dressing by whisking together all the ranch ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
