For the Meatballs:

Instructions
Prepare the ranch dressing by whisking together all the ranch ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make the buffalo sauce by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in hot sauce and honey until smooth. Set aside.
Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Shape mixture into balls.
Brown meatballs in olive oil in a skillet.
Once cooked, return meatballs to skillet and coat with buffalo sauce. Simmer until heated through.
Serve meatballs with homemade ranch.
Notes
Try ground pork instead of ground chicken.
