Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (you can use a dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (melted with 1 tbsp coconut oil)


Instructions

  1. Thread fresh blueberries onto toothpicks, stacking as many as you can.
  2. Coat each skewer in Greek yogurt and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
  3. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, then dip each skewer until completely coated. Return to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate shell is firm.
  4. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy whenever you like!
