Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter about 1/2 stick
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup honey or agave
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup almond milk or any kind of milk
- 2 cups fresh blueberries about 1.5 pints
Instructions
- Spray an 8×11-inch baking dish with cooking spray and place the stick of butter in it. Let it melt in the oven while preheating to 350°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk to the dry ingredients and whisk until combined. Then, add honey and whisk again until the batter resembles pancake batter.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter into it. Scatter the blueberries on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is mostly cooked.
