Berry Brioche Cream Cheese French Toast Bake

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of brioche bread
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups of whole milk
- 8 ounces of blueberries
- 16 ounces of strawberries
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut your brioche loaf into chunks and keep them aside.
- Chop the cream cheese into cubes.
- In a big bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar to make your egg wash. Whisk it until everything is well combined.
- Place the brioche cubes in an oven-safe baking dish. Add strawberries and blueberries on top, and scatter the cream cheese cubes around.
- Pour the egg wash over the entire dish. Cover it and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 1 hour).
- When you’re ready to bake, remove the foil and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
- Serve it up with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
