Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla of your choice
  • 2-3 tbsp almond butter (or any other nut or seed butter)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 tbsp crushed pistachios


Instructions

  1. Spread almond butter on the tortilla and place a ripe banana on one side.
  2. Roll the banana tightly in the tortilla, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dip the tops of the banana slices in melted chocolate, followed by the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  4. Arrange them on a plate and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.

Notes

  • Opt for a soft, bendable tortilla for the best results. Gluten-free tortillas work as well, but stiffer ones might break when rolled.
