Banana Bread Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cups regular oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups your favorite milk
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Grease an 11×7 non-stick baking dish with cooking spray.
- Put all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into the prepared baking dish – mashed bananas, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix them well. Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the oatmeal is set and has a golden brown top.
