Baileys Cupcakes Recipe – These cupcakes are perfect for Baileys lovers. All cupcakes should be boozy.
FOR THE CUPCAKES
- 1 box devil’s food cake mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. Baileys
FOR THE FROSTING
- 1 c. butter (softened)
- 5 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Baileys
- 1/4 c. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Chocolate sauce (for garnish)
- Shaved chocolate (for garnish)
