Asian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2 medium American cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- Salt to your liking
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint chopped
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- Crushed red pepper flakes to your taste
Instructions
- Toss the sliced cucumbers and green onions into a large bowl.
- Pour in the rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and salt to your liking. Give it a good stir.
- Add the cilantro, basil, mint, garlic, ginger, and black sesame seeds. Toss it all together.
- Sprinkle in crushed red pepper flakes according to your taste. Mix it up.
