Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Begin by cooking the ground turkey on the stovetop. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add the ground turkey, and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic. Cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce until well combined, then remove from heat.
  • Moisten the edges of each egg roll wrapper with water, then fill with the turkey mixture, ensuring excess liquid is drained.
  • Roll the wrappers tightly, folding the bottom upward, then the sides inward, and finally rolling them up like a log.
  • Place the egg rolls in the air fryer and lightly coat with non-stick spray.
  • Air fry at 350°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy the deliciousness!

Notes

  • Moistening the edges of the egg roll wrapper before filling helps seal them securely.
  • Drain excess liquid from the turkey mixture to prevent soggy egg rolls.
  • If sticking is an issue, lightly coat the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
  • Flip the egg rolls halfway through cooking for even crispness.
