Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey

- 1.5 cups marinara sauce
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the ground turkey on the stovetop. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add the ground turkey, and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic. Cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in the marinara sauce until well combined, then remove from heat.
- Moisten the edges of each egg roll wrapper with water, then fill with the turkey mixture, ensuring excess liquid is drained.
- Roll the wrappers tightly, folding the bottom upward, then the sides inward, and finally rolling them up like a log.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer and lightly coat with non-stick spray.
- Air fry at 350°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy the deliciousness!
