Air Fryer Apple Crisp For Two

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 apples (I prefer Gala, peeled and chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

And for the topping:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


Instructions

  1. Peel and chop your apples, then toss them in a small bowl with the coconut sugar, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and water. Once mixed, transfer them to a 6-inch baking dish.
  2. In another small bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, unsalted butter, and sliced almonds for the topping. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
  3. Air fry at 375°F for 12-14 minutes until it’s nice and crispy.
  4. Once it’s done, take it out, top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and dig in! Enjoy the deliciousness!
