Air Fryer Apple Crisp For Two
Ingredients
- 2 apples I prefer Gala, peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon water
And for the topping:
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Peel and chop your apples, then toss them in a small bowl with the coconut sugar, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and water. Once mixed, transfer them to a 6-inch baking dish.
- In another small bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, unsalted butter, and sliced almonds for the topping. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
- Air fry at 375°F for 12-14 minutes until it’s nice and crispy.
- Once it’s done, take it out, top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and dig in! Enjoy the deliciousness!
