Get ready for a healthy apple crisp made just for two, and guess what? We’re using the air fryer!

  • 2 apples I prefer Gala, peeled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

And for the topping:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


  • Peel and chop your apples, then toss them in a small bowl with the coconut sugar, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and water. Once mixed, transfer them to a 6-inch baking dish.
  • In another small bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, unsalted butter, and sliced almonds for the topping. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 12-14 minutes until it’s nice and crispy.
  • Once it’s done, take it out, top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and dig in! Enjoy the deliciousness!
