  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup oat milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

**For the Frosting:**

  • 1/3 cup tahini (or nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons oat milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

**For the Toppings:**

  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together all the brownie ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 19-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. While the brownies are baking, prepare the frosting by mixing all the frosting ingredients until smooth.
