We yearn for cranberry cocktails all winter, and this one is our favorite for the holiday season. It’s got a warm, spicy kick from the whiskey and ginger beer, balanced by the refreshing tartness of cranberry and citrus. It’s the perfect cocktail blend.
Cranberry Orange Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
- Ice
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 4 ounces whiskey
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 ounces ginger beer
Instructions
- Step 1: Put ice in a cocktail shaker, then add cranberry juice, whiskey, simple syrup, orange juice, and lime juice. Shake well until chilled.
- Step 2: Fill two glasses with ice and strain the mixture into the glasses. Top them off with ginger beer and serve.
