- 2 ounces honey
- 3 ounces bourbon whiskey
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon peel for garnish

- In a microwave-safe measuring cup, mix water and honey. Microwave on High, stirring occasionally, until the honey dissolves, about 30 seconds.
