These Persian Olives are a fantastic starter. You can enjoy them all by themselves or on top of creamy labne. Imagine the delightful blend of salty/tangy olives with the cool creaminess of labne – it’s a flavor sensation! If you’re unfamiliar with labne, it’s a thick yogurt common in the Middle East. Don’t worry if you can’t find it in stores; you can easily whip it up at home. These olives would also be a tasty match for one of our feta dip recipes!
