			- 1 pound of spaghetti (not cooked)
 - 1 jar of pasta sauce (16 ounces)
 - 3 cups of water
 - 1 teaspoon of oregano or Italian seasoning
 - 1 teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste)
 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper (adjust to taste)
 - 5 cloves of minced garlic
 - 1 thinly sliced onion
 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
 - Combine all the ingredients, except the mozzarella cheese, in a baking dish. Give it a good stir.
 - Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes. Remember to stir it about 20-25 minutes in – don’t forget this step!
 - Once it’s out of the oven, sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese.
 - Bake it uncovered for an extra 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and bubbly!
