Nutella Biscuit Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 can of Grands! Flaky Layers Original Biscuits
- ¾ cup of Nutella
- ¼ cup of cinnamon
- ¼ cup of granulated sugar
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Take each biscuit dough piece and roll it out with a rolling pin until it’s about ¼-inch thick.
- Spoon some Nutella onto the center of half of the dough rounds.
- Place another piece of dough on top of each Nutella-topped disc, then use your fingers to seal the edges together.
- In a large pot, heat enough oil to reach 350°F.
- Carefully place each biscuit donut in the hot oil, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
- Set the fried donuts on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
- If they’re not fully cooked in the center, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Roll each biscuit donut in a bowl of cinnamon sugar.
- Enjoy them while they’re warm – they’re absolutely delicious!
