  • Category: Dessert

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup of all-purpose flour (98g)
  • ¾ cup of Nutella (210g, at room temperature)
  • 1 large egg (at room temperature)
  • ¼ tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 360F (conventional) and line a big cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the Nutella and egg until well combined.
  3. Sift in the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms. Use your hands if needed, but don’t overmix.
  4. Divide the dough into 10-12 balls, rolling them gently between your palms. Place them on the baking sheet with about 2 inches between each.
  5. Lightly flatten each ball with your fingers or the bottom of a glass.
  6. Bake for around 12 minutes until the cookies are set around the edges but still a bit soft in the middle.
  7. Let the cookies cool. If you’re feeling fancy, drizzle some warmed Nutella over the top.
  8. Serve and savor the goodness!

Notes

A quick tip: Store these delightful cookies in an airtight container, and they’ll stay fresh for up to 7 days at room temperature. Don’t miss out – give them a try, and you won’t be disappointed!
