Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup of all-purpose flour 98g
  • ¾ cup of Nutella 210g, at room temperature
  • 1 large egg at room temperature
  • ¼ tsp of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 360F (conventional) and line a big cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the Nutella and egg until well combined.
  • Sift in the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms. Use your hands if needed, but don’t overmix.
  • Divide the dough into 10-12 balls, rolling them gently between your palms. Place them on the baking sheet with about 2 inches between each.
  • Lightly flatten each ball with your fingers or the bottom of a glass.
  • Bake for around 12 minutes until the cookies are set around the edges but still a bit soft in the middle.
  • Let the cookies cool. If you’re feeling fancy, drizzle some warmed Nutella over the top.
  • Serve and savor the goodness!
