  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed and cut into triangles)
  • 1/2 cup Nutella or dairy-free hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, but highly recommended)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. Carefully unwrap the puff pastry and place it on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into triangles, just like in the video.
  2. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of Nutella or your chosen filling onto each triangle, then gently roll them up. Arrange the rolled croissants on the baking sheet.
  3. Brush each croissant with the beaten egg wash.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
  5. Once they’re out of the oven and cooled, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness. Then, simply indulge and enjoy these delightful treats!
