3-Ingredient Mini Nutella Croissants

These treats are absolutely delicious and surprisingly simple to whip up. If you’re not a fan of Nutella, feel free to swap it out for jam, any nut butter, or even tahini! Get creative and make them your own!

Here’s how you can make them!

3-Ingredient Mini Nutella Croissants

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed and cut into triangles
  • 1/2 cup Nutella or dairy-free hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Powdered sugar optional, but highly recommended

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. Carefully unwrap the puff pastry and place it on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into triangles, just like in the video.
  • Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of Nutella or your chosen filling onto each triangle, then gently roll them up. Arrange the rolled croissants on the baking sheet.
  • Brush each croissant with the beaten egg wash.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
  • Once they’re out of the oven and cooled, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness. Then, simply indulge and enjoy these delightful treats!
