3-Ingredient Mini Nutella Croissants
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed and cut into triangles
- 1/2 cup Nutella or dairy-free hazelnut spread
- 1 egg beaten
- Powdered sugar optional, but highly recommended
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. Carefully unwrap the puff pastry and place it on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into triangles, just like in the video.
- Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of Nutella or your chosen filling onto each triangle, then gently roll them up. Arrange the rolled croissants on the baking sheet.
- Brush each croissant with the beaten egg wash.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
- Once they’re out of the oven and cooled, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness. Then, simply indulge and enjoy these delightful treats!
