Ingredients

- ½ cup water for thinning plus more as needed
- ¼ of a large watermelon about 2 cups, in bite-sized balls
- A pinch of chili flakes
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the softened cream cheese, feta, mint, honey, salt, and olive oil until you get a smooth and creamy texture. Add more water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Use a large spoon or melon baller to scoop out evenly sized balls from the watermelon.
- On a serving platter, spread the whipped feta mixture evenly. Stack the watermelon balls on top.
- Sprinkle chili flakes, salt, and extra mint according to your taste.
