Viral TikTok 2-Ingredient Bagel Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free 1:1 Baking Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt or Greek yogurt alternative
  • 2 Tablespoons Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Decide whether you’re using an air fryer or an oven. Both methods work well, but the air fryer is faster. If you’re using an oven, preheat it to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a big bowl, mix the gluten-free flour and yogurt until you get a dough. It might be a bit sticky, but that’s fine!
  • Grease your hands with a little oil to prevent sticking, then scoop out small spoonfuls of dough.
  • Roll each spoonful into a ball and coat it with the everything but the bagel seasoning if you like.
  • Keep going until you’ve used all the dough.
  • For air frying, cook at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. For baking, it’s 16-18 minutes.
  • Once they’re done, let them cool a bit, then dig in and enjoy!
