  • 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free 1:1 Baking Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt or Greek yogurt alternative
  • 2 Tablespoons Everything But the Bagel Seasoning


Instructions

  1. Decide whether you’re using an air fryer or an oven. Both methods work well, but the air fryer is faster. If you’re using an oven, preheat it to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a big bowl, mix the gluten-free flour and yogurt until you get a dough. It might be a bit sticky, but that’s fine!
  3. Grease your hands with a little oil to prevent sticking, then scoop out small spoonfuls of dough.
  4. Roll each spoonful into a ball and coat it with the everything but the bagel seasoning if you like.
  5. Keep going until you’ve used all the dough.
  6. For air frying, cook at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. For baking, it’s 16-18 minutes.
  7. Once they’re done, let them cool a bit, then dig in and enjoy!
