Viral Blueberry Yogurt Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries washed and dried
  • 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil for that smooth, melty chocolate goodness

Instructions

  • First off, mix those blueberries with the yogurt until they’re all coated. Then, in a small bowl, melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave. Once that’s nice and smooth, scoop out 6-8 spoonfuls of the blueberry-yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop ’em in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  • After they’ve chilled out for a bit, grab that melted chocolate and dip each cluster into it. Watch as it magically forms a chocolate shell around each one—talk about yum! Sprinkle a little flaky salt on top for that extra chef’s kiss, and then it’s time to dig in and enjoy!
