The ultimate blend of nutty, gooey, and chocolatey goodness! These Snickers Bar Brownies are incredibly delicious and super easy to make. With a perfectly fudgy brownie base and sweet, gooey caramel packed with crunchy peanuts, these are a must-try for any Snickers lover!

For the Brownies:

  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup dairy-free butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup warm dairy-free milk
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks or chips

For the Caramel:

  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 7 oz dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a square baking tin with parchment paper.

Prepare the Brownie Batter:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and dairy-free butter together.
  2. Stir in the light brown sugar until it dissolves.
  3. Add in the warm dairy-free milk and plant-based yogurt, mixing until smooth.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder and self-rising flour, and mix until the batter is smooth and glossy. The mixture should be thick but pourable.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks or chips.

Bake the Brownies:

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes or until the brownies are almost cooked through.
  3. Let the brownies cool completely.

Make the Caramel Layer:

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and chopped peanuts.
  2. Pour this caramel mixture over the cooled brownies.

Add the Chocolate Topping:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer.

Set the Brownies:

  1. Place the brownies in the fridge to set.
