Berry Filling:

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam or any other flavor
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or cane, brown, or monk fruit sweetener

Crisp:

  • 1 cup oat flour

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Place the frozen berries directly into your baking dish (such as a pie dish or 8×8-inch pan).
  • Add the jam and coconut sugar to the berries, mixing until each berry is coated. Set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine oat flour, oats, ground flax, olive oil, and maple syrup, stirring until a thick crumble forms.
  • Using your hands, crumble the mixture over the berries until they are evenly coated.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream or coconut whip cream!

Notes

  • Fresh berries are a budget-friendly option without sacrificing taste.
  • Save time by mixing the berries directly in the baking dish.
