Tiramisu White Russians

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cold heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- Ice
- 4 ounces Kahlua divided
- 4 ounces dark rum divided
- Cocoa powder for garnish
- 1 Ladyfinger cookie halved crosswise, for garnish
Instructions
- In a pint-sized glass jar, combine the cream and sugar. Seal the jar and shake vigorously until the cream thickens enough to form a soft peak, about 3 minutes. Alternatively, you can use a whisk or hand mixer and a large bowl to beat the cream until soft peaks form.
- Fill two rocks glasses with ice. Pour 2 ounces of Kahlua and 2 ounces of rum into each glass, and stir to combine.
- Using a spoon, divide the whipped cream evenly between the glasses. Use the back of the spoon to smooth it into an even layer that covers the surface of the drink. Dust the tops with cocoa powder, garnish each glass with a half of a Ladyfinger cookie, and serve.
