Imagine your favorite tiramisu transformed into an unforgettable French toast experience. Here, we’ve whipped up a silky filling with a touch of cream cheese for a firmer texture. And the custard? It’s infused with rich espresso goodness. Instead of traditional ladyfingers, we’re using slices of day-old brioche bread. Why? Well, dry bread soaks up the custard like a sponge and holds up to all that liquid much better.
