Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup whole rolled oats
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 2 soft medjool dates (pitted)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • A few big handfuls of ice
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, place the banana, oats, cashews, almond milk, coffee, dates, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, then add the ice and blend again.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and top with a dusting of cocoa powder. Enjoy!
