Ingredients

  • 8 Biscoff cookies
  • 4 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 4 oz dairy-free yogurt
  • ¼ cup vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted Biscoff spread
  • 1 large chocolate egg
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • Carefully break the chocolate egg in half.
  • In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla extract, and melted Biscoff spread.
  • Soak the Biscoff cookies in the coffee.
  • Layer the soaked cookies and cream cheese mixture inside the chocolate egg halves.
  • Dust with cocoa powder.
  • Chill in the fridge until set.
