Ingredients
- 8 Biscoff cookies
- 4 oz vegan cream cheese
- 4 oz dairy-free yogurt
- ¼ cup vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted Biscoff spread
- 1 large chocolate egg
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Carefully break the chocolate egg in half.
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla extract, and melted Biscoff spread.
- Soak the Biscoff cookies in the coffee.
- Layer the soaked cookies and cream cheese mixture inside the chocolate egg halves.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Chill in the fridge until set.
