The Creamiest (Vegan) Chocolate Cheesecake

This is the creamiest vegan chocolate cheesecake 🤎 with a buttery Oreo crust and a rich, chocolatey filling 😍. It’s a no-bake dessert, nut-free, and packed with protein!

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • cups crushed Oreos
  • 4 tbsp dairy-free butter melted

For the Filling:

  • 10.5 oz dark chocolate melted
  • 12 oz firm tofu
  • 7 oz dairy-free cream cheese
  • ¼ cup syrup maple, agave, or fruit
  • ½ cup dairy-free milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Prepare the Pan:

  • Line and grease a round springform pan with parchment paper.

Make the Crust:

  • Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all the filling ingredients and blend until completely smooth.

Assemble the Cheesecake:

  • Pour the smooth chocolate filling over the Oreo crust in the pan.
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight to set.
