This is the creamiest vegan chocolate cheesecake 🤎 with a buttery Oreo crust and a rich, chocolatey filling 😍. It’s a no-bake dessert, nut-free, and packed with protein!
Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1½ cups crushed Oreos
- 4 tbsp dairy-free butter melted
For the Filling:
- 10.5 oz dark chocolate melted
- 12 oz firm tofu
- 7 oz dairy-free cream cheese
- ¼ cup syrup maple, agave, or fruit
- ½ cup dairy-free milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Prepare the Pan:
- Line and grease a round springform pan with parchment paper.
Make the Crust:
- Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Prepare the Filling:
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the filling ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
- Pour the smooth chocolate filling over the Oreo crust in the pan.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight to set.
