Starbucks Medicine Ball
Ingredients
- 5 organic lemons scrubbed and roughly chopped
- 1 3- inch piece of ginger scrubbed and washed well
- 1/3 cup of raw honey I prefer Nature Nate’s
- 1/2 cup of coconut water Harmless Harvest is my go-to!
- Mint tea I love Tazo and/or Peach tea
Instructions
- Simply blend all the ingredients (except for the tea) until smooth, then pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and pop it in the freezer overnight.
- When you’re ready to make a medicine ball, steep a bag of mint tea in hot water, add 3 cubes from your batch, a bit more honey if you like it sweeter, and a slice of lemon. Give it a good stir and sip away!
Notes
Quick tip: These cubes pack a punch, so if you prefer, you can juice the lemons instead of blending them with the peel. But keeping the peel on adds extra goodness—think antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins!
