Making this rigatoni dish is a breeze, and it tastes seriously amazing! All you have to do is cook the pasta, toss everything together, and pop it in the oven – it’s that simple!

Spicy Baked Rigatoni

  • 1 pound rigatoni
  • 1 pound high-quality marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper adjust to your liking
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for topping


  • Cook the pasta until it’s al dente (follow the package instructions) and then drain. Don’t overcook it, as it will keep cooking in the oven!
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, heavy cream, peas, olive oil, salt, crushed red pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir everything well, ensuring the pasta is thoroughly coated with the mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top if you like.
  • Serve it up warm and enjoy your delicious and easy peasy rigatoni!
