S’mores Brownies

Ingredients
**For the Crust:**
- 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs about 10 whole crackers
- ½ cup of melted salted butter
- ¼ cup of granulated sugar
**For the Brownies:**
- 1 cup of melted salted butter
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 ¼ cups of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of light brown sugar
- 4 eggs room temperature
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of Amoretti Natural S’mores Artisan Flavor
**For the Frosting:**
- 1 cup of room temperature salted butter
- 7 oz of marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 3-4 tbsp of milk or heavy cream
- 1 tsp of Amoretti Natural S’mores Artisan Flavor
Instructions
**For the Crust:**
- Grease and line an 8×12 or 9×11 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Set aside.
**For the Brownies:**
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until well combined.
- Add vanilla, eggs, and Amoretti Natural S’mores Artisan Flavor. Beat for 30 seconds until the batter lightens.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix lightly until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter onto the graham cracker crust in the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the center no longer jiggles. For fudgy brownies, avoid overbaking; for cakey brownies, bake 5-8 minutes longer.
- Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
**For the Frosting:**
- In a large bowl, combine butter, powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract.
- Beat together until smooth using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
- Add 3-4 tbsp of milk or heavy cream until you reach the desired consistency.
- Mix on medium speed until creamy and smooth.
**Final Touch:**
- Once the brownies are completely cooled, spread the frosting on top.
- Drizzle the remaining teaspoon of Amoretti Natural S’mores Artisan Flavor and use a spoon or spatula to swirl it into the frosting.
