- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Purée
- 1 tablespoon Cold Butter (cubed)
- 2–3 tablespoons Milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If you’re making oat flour from scratch, blend your rolled oats until they form a flour-like consistency.
- In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, cold butter, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin purée, and brown sugar until crumbly.
- Add in the milk gradually until a thick dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into a round scone shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle some brown sugar on top for an extra touch of sweetness.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
