- 1 cup whole flaxseeds
- 2/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to absorb the water.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment paper, making sure it’s no more than 1/4 inch thick. This ensures even cooking and crispiness.
- Bake for 25 minutes. The crackers will be hard but not entirely crispy yet.
- Flip the crackers over and gently remove the parchment paper. Bake for another 18-20 minutes until crispy.
- Let them cool, then break them into pieces and enjoy the crunchy goodness!
