Preheat your oven to 275°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to absorb the water.
Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment paper, making sure it’s no more than 1/4 inch thick. This ensures even cooking and crispiness.
Bake for 25 minutes. The crackers will be hard but not entirely crispy yet.
Flip the crackers over and gently remove the parchment paper. Bake for another 18-20 minutes until crispy.
