Description
Rich, cheesy, and oh-so-satisfying—these Seafood Lasagna Roll Ups are filled with tender shrimp, sweet crab, and creamy Alfredo sauce. A comfort food classic with a coastal twist!
Ingredients
Scale
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped small
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta
- Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in the lasagna noodles and cook them just until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on parchment paper or a lightly oiled surface so they don’t stick together.
- Make the filling
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic, and half of the Alfredo sauce. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the roll-ups
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. Place a spoonful of filling across the width of a lasagna noodle, roll it up snugly, and set it seam-side down in the dish. Repeat with all the noodles.
- Add cheese and sauce
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the roll-ups. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese across the top.
- Bake
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Finish & serve
- Let the roll-ups rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and enjoy your creamy, seafood-packed dinner.
Notes
- Want some heat? Mix in red pepper flakes with the filling for a spicy kick.
- Make ahead: Assemble the roll-ups, cover tightly, and refrigerate for up to a day before baking.
