Reindeer Cake Pops
Servings 8 balls
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup creamy all-natural peanut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil for melting chocolate
- 16 gluten-free pretzels
- 16 candy eyes
- 8 red candies for the nose
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Then, stir in almond flour.
- Use a cookie scoop to form dough into balls. Place them on parchment paper and freeze while you melt the chocolate.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate, then attach two pretzels for antlers, two candy eyes, and a red candy for the nose.
- Place back on parchment paper and return to the freezer to set for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!

- Thoroughly mix wet ingredients before adding almond flour.
- Use a cookie scoop for uniformity.
- Freeze balls while melting chocolate.
