Pumpkin Cold Foam

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until well combined.
  • Measure out ⅓ to ½ cup of the mixture for a single serving into a smaller bowl (unless making multiple servings). Using a hand mixer, whip the cold foam on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until fluffy. (Store any leftover unwhipped cold foam in a mason jar in the fridge for up to a week. When ready to use, transfer a single serving to a small bowl and whip with an electric mixer.)
  • Pour your cold coffee into a glass and add your desired sweetener, such as vanilla syrup or maple syrup. Top the coffee with the luscious pumpkin cold foam. Finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and savor every sip!
