Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed meal
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • â…“ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds


Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup until dough forms.
  3. Flour your hands and surface. Knead dough for about 1 minute, then divide into four equal parts.
  4. Roll each part into a ball and create a hole in the center, larger than desired, as they’ll rise during baking.
  5. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, and air fry at 350°F for 12-15 mins or bake at 350°F for 20-25 mins.
  6. Let cool, then slice and enjoy with cream cheese or pumpkin butter.

Notes

• Mix wet ingredients separately from dry for thorough blending.
• Add more flour if dough feels too sticky.
• Depending on air fryer size, cook bagels one at a time if needed.
