Pumpkin Bagels

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed meal
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup until dough forms.
- Flour your hands and surface. Knead dough for about 1 minute, then divide into four equal parts.
- Roll each part into a ball and create a hole in the center, larger than desired, as they’ll rise during baking.
- Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, and air fry at 350°F for 12-15 mins or bake at 350°F for 20-25 mins.
- Let cool, then slice and enjoy with cream cheese or pumpkin butter.

• Mix wet ingredients separately from dry for thorough blending.
• Add more flour if dough feels too sticky.
