Pretzel Crack

Ingredients
- 4 cups salted pretzels any shape works, but square is preferred
- 1 cup grass-fed butter or dairy-free butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or dairy-free chocolate chips
- Topping: shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a small 13×9.5-inch baking sheet with parchment paper, coating it with non-stick spray.
- Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium/low heat, combine the sugars and butter, stirring constantly until melted and bubbly.
- Pour the caramel over the pretzels, spreading it evenly with a spatula, then bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle the chocolate chips over the caramel, and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly, then add desired toppings.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until completely hardened.
- Break apart or cut into squares and enjoy!
